It is dark ruby, lush, medium bodied pinot noir and ideal for drinking now and over the next seven years.
The SparrowHawk 2016 Pinot Noir pairs well with a wide range of foods including goat cheese appetizers, paella, marinated roast pork loin, oven roasted chicken, or anything with wild mushrooms.
